New Affordable Housing Project Opens in Jamestown, ND

JAMESTOWN, North Dakota – MetroPlains Management is proud to announce the opening of an affordable housing project, Eagle Flats Apartments located in Jamestown, ND.

Eagle Flats features affordable 1-, 2- & 3-bedroom apartment homes located at 211 2^nd Ave SW, Jamestown, ND 58401. The community features 16 project-based vouchers, seven of which are designated for the long-term homeless. The rest of the 33-unit community features LIHTC (low-income housing tax credit) units with income limits based on the area’s average median income set asides.

The community features controlled access entry, a first-level heated parking garage, fitness center, community room and leasing office. Each apartment home comes with access to these amenities and an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and available extra storage space on every floor of the building.
